Adult-managed team use
StadiumCue is provided for coaches and invited adult team staff. The account holder is responsible for account credentials, roster accuracy, staff access, parent links, announcements, player privacy, game information, and confirming scanned lineups before saving.
Player and parent information
Coaches must have authority to enter and use player information and must obtain any permissions required by their organization, league, parents, or guardians. Parent submissions are suggestions for coach review; the coach remains responsible for approving, declining, correcting, or deleting them.
Shared links
Parent, live-lineup, and invitation links are tokenized and unlisted but are not authenticated private pages. Anyone with a valid URL may view the information made available through it. Coaches are responsible for choosing recipients, protecting the URL, revoking or ending access, and avoiding unnecessary disclosure of player information.
Your content
Users retain ownership of content they submit. Users grant StadiumCue a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transform, transmit, display, and play that content only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the requested StadiumCue features. Users must have the rights and permissions needed for names, images, recordings, music, links, and other submitted content.
Music and recordings
Users may only select, upload, record, or play content they are authorized to use. Apple Music playback requires the listener’s own eligible Apple Music account and remains subject to Apple’s terms. StadiumCue does not provide or grant public-performance rights; the team, league, school, tournament, or venue is responsible for any music licenses required at its events.
AI Introductions and lineup analysis
AI-generated introductions, pronunciation guidance, and lineup results may be incomplete or inaccurate. Coaches must review names, pronunciation, wording, player matching, and lineup order before saving or playing content publicly. StadiumCue does not guarantee that generated speech or image analysis is error-free.
Third-party services
StadiumCue depends on services including Supabase for account/data services, OpenAI for requested AI processing, Apple Music and MusicKit for catalog search and playback, GameChanger calendar endpoints for coach-requested schedule imports, and hosting infrastructure. Those services have their own terms, privacy practices, availability, account requirements, and territorial limitations.
Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful, abusive, exploitative, infringing, deceptive, or unsafe content; attempt to access another team; expose player information beyond its intended team purpose; bypass account or link controls; interfere with security or operation; or use StadiumCue in a way that violates another person’s rights.
Availability and changes
StadiumCue is provided “as is” and “as available.” Features may change, contain errors, or become temporarily unavailable. Coaches should keep a backup lineup and test playback before a game. To the extent permitted by law, StadiumCue is not responsible for missed playback, connectivity, inaccurate scans, schedule changes, speaker issues, third-party outages, or indirect losses. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Account action and deletion
Access may be limited or removed when reasonably necessary to protect teams, users, rights holders, or the service. A coach may initiate account deletion inside Settings. Deletion removes the account and associated app-controlled data after shared-team safety checks, subject to limited legitimate legal, security, backup, and deletion-processing retention described in the Privacy Policy. Deleting a staff account does not authorize deletion of another owner’s team.
Trademarks and affiliation
Apple, Apple Music, and related marks belong to Apple Inc. GameChanger and related marks belong to their respective owner. References identify compatible third-party services. StadiumCue is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple, GameChanger, OpenAI, or Supabase unless expressly stated.
Changes and support
These terms may be updated when StadiumCue changes. Continued use after notice of a material update means the updated terms apply. See Support or email stadiumcue@gmail.com for help.
