StadiumCue Privacy Policy

StadiumCue respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information StadiumCue collects, how that information is used, and the choices available to users.

Account Information

When you create or use a StadiumCue account, we may collect:

• Email address
• Account or user identifier

This information is used to authenticate your account, maintain your session, provide StadiumCue features, and associate your teams and app data with your account.

Team and Player Information

Users may enter information such as:

• Team names
• Player names
• Jersey numbers
• Player positions
• Batting orders and game lineups
• Walk-up song selections and start times
• Player introduction settings
• Game-day settings
• Parent song requests
• Team playlists and custom cues

This information is used only to provide StadiumCue’s team-management and game-day features.

Audio Data

StadiumCue may allow users to record or upload audio for features such as player introductions, pronunciation guidance, custom cues, or other game-day audio.

Audio submitted for pronunciation or AI-assisted features may be transmitted to a service provider only as needed to process the requested feature.

StadiumCue does not use audio data for advertising or tracking.

Lineup Photos

StadiumCue allows a coach or authorized user to take or select a photo of a batting lineup.

The image may be securely transmitted to an AI processing provider to identify player names, jersey numbers, and batting order.

Lineup images are used to perform the requested scan and are not intentionally saved as part of the team’s permanent roster after processing unless a user separately chooses to save content from the results.

Users are asked to review detected lineup information before using it.

Apple Music

StadiumCue can connect to Apple Music to allow users to select and play music during games and team activities.

Apple Music authorization and playback are provided through Apple’s services and are subject to Apple’s privacy practices and terms.

StadiumCue does not receive or store a user’s Apple Music password.

How We Use Information

Information collected by StadiumCue is used for app functionality, including:

• Creating and maintaining user accounts
• Managing teams and player profiles
• Building and updating batting lineups
• Playing walk-up songs
• Creating and playing player introductions
• Providing team playlists and custom audio cues
• Processing lineup scans
• Saving team and game settings
• Supporting parent song requests and game-day sharing features
• Maintaining the security and reliability of the service

StadiumCue does not sell personal information.

StadiumCue does not use personal information for third-party advertising.

StadiumCue does not use collected information to track users across apps or websites owned by other companies.

Service Providers

StadiumCue may use trusted third-party service providers to operate certain app features, including:

• Cloud database, authentication, and storage services
• AI processing services for lineup recognition and audio-related features
• Apple services for Apple Music authorization and playback

These providers may process information only as needed to provide the requested service and are subject to their own privacy and security obligations.

Data Storage and Security

StadiumCue uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect stored information.

No system can guarantee absolute security, but StadiumCue works to limit access to information to what is necessary to operate the service.

Children’s Information

StadiumCue is designed primarily for coaches, team administrators, parents, and other authorized adults managing youth sports teams.

Player information entered into StadiumCue should be provided only by an authorized coach, parent, guardian, team administrator, or other person who has permission to provide that information.

StadiumCue is not intended for children to independently create accounts or submit personal information without appropriate adult involvement.

Data Retention

Account, team, player, and game information may be retained while an account remains active and as reasonably necessary to provide StadiumCue services.

Users may remove certain information through the app or request deletion of their account.

Information may also be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or resolving disputes.

Account and Data Deletion

Users can request deletion of their StadiumCue account from within the app.

When an account is deleted, StadiumCue will delete or anonymize associated account information and user-controlled data as appropriate, except where retention is reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or other legitimate purposes.

Team deletion features may also be available to authorized team owners or administrators.

Your Choices

Users can:

• Edit team and player information
• Remove uploaded or saved content where the app provides that option
• Disconnect or stop using Apple Music features
• Delete teams they are authorized to manage
• Request deletion of their StadiumCue account

Changes to This Privacy Policy

StadiumCue may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the app or its features change.

When changes are made, the updated policy will display a revised effective date.
